Vienna, 2014. Lukas Tauber opens his first location with a simple conviction: a burger can be more. Today, Le Burger has more than twenty locations, from Mariahilfer Straße to Dubai.
Craft Over Convenience
The meat is ground fresh every day, never frozen, and shaped into patties by hand. The buns come warm from the house bakery. The sauces, from BBQ to mango curry, are made fresh daily in the in-house sauce kitchen.

Twenty regional ingredients can be mixed and matched into up to 2,000 combinations, at no extra cost.
More Than Just a Burger
Alongside the burgers: homemade fries, salads, bowls, premium steaks, wine and cocktails, served in spaces with exposed brick, green walls and warm lighting.
